Life moves in cycles. There are times of dormancy, such as the winter, and times of prosperity, such as spring and summer.

Our physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies also have cycles. There will be times of great joy, health, happiness, wealth and freedom and there will be times of work, needed rest, emptiness and pain. All cycles are beneficial.

When the mind categorizes some cycles as good and some as bad, the benefits may be greatly diminished. By surrendering to every moment with childlike anticipation, you guarantee yourself the harvest of each cycle.

There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so.
